HGV C+E (Class-1) Drivers. Overview. Raymond Brown Haulage Ltd are seeking skilled and experienced HGV C+E (Class-1) Drivers to join our team. As an integral part of our transport department, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across various locations. Responsibilities: * Safely operate and drive HGV C+E vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations* Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its roadworthiness* Communicate effectively with the office team and report any incidents or issues that may arise during the transportation process* Maintain accurate records of hours driven, miles covered, and goods delivered* Ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods to customers and maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Qualifications: * Valid HGV C+E (Class-1) licence* Driver CPC qualification* Proven experience as an HGV C+E driver (ideal but not essential)* Clean driving record with no major offences* Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and road safety regulations* Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must* Ability to work independently and in a team environment* Flexibility to work long hours and travel to different locations as we operate within the events industry...
