Due to our client requirements applicants MUST have at least 12 months Class1 HGV experience with no more than 9 points on your licence

Job Role Includes:

General haulage and trunking work. Ongoing and adhoc shifts available Driver requirements:

Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently Minimum 12 months recent relevant experience Current CPC No more that 9 points on licence Follow all driving laws and company procedures Complete delivery paperwork and logbooks accurately Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times. Ensure cargo is secured cargo appropriately, adhering to weight limits and safety standards. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any faults or issues promptly. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in compliance with legal requirements. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen delays.
