We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Scheduler to join our professional support team. In this key role you will be responsible for: Coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Works across your area, ensuring engineers are in the right place at the right time. Liaising with clients, booking appointments, and sending assignment updates while keeping the helpdesk in the loop. Ordering essential parts and arranging access equipment to keep jobs moving without delay. Being a key point of contact, answering calls, helping clients and colleagues with queries. Organising return visits and managing follow-up communications, supporting engineers by allocating work, confirming availability with engineering managers, and issuing idle-time notifications when needed. Escalating SLA risks early and effectively, following the escalation process to keep service levels on track.
