Arden White are proud to be partnering with the Edmiston London Heliport to recruit a Heliport Manager for one of the UK’s most high-profile and operationally critical aviation environments.
This is a unique opportunity to take responsibility for the safe, efficient and professional operation of then busy London heliport, ensuring the highest standards across every flight, operator, and visitor experience.
The Role
You will act as the key operational lead and primary point of contact for all safety, regulatory, and operational matters across the site.
Working closely with air traffic, fire and rescue, and customer operations teams, you will oversee both airside and landside operations, ensuring full compliance, safety excellence, and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day heliport operations
Own safety, compliance and regulatory performance
Oversee airside works and facility development projects
Drive continuous improvement across operations
Ensure exceptional service standards for all usersStakeholder Engagement
You will work closely with key aviation and public stakeholders including:
Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)
Emergency services
Aviation operators and partners
Local residents and community groups
You will also chair Consultative Group Meetings, supporting transparency, engagement, and strong community relations.
About You
We are seeking an experienced aviation or operational leader with:
Strong safety and compliance background
Proven operational management experience
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
A passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
