We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie (Nights) to join our dynamic kitchen team. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards and supporting the smooth operation of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to company and legal standards.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Support the team during a dynamic service which includes the Heliot Steak House, event catering and service across the Hippodrome.
Manage stock control and minimise waste.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef in a busy kitchen.
Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Relevant food hygiene and safety certificates.
A professional, positive and results focused work ethic.
You must be over 18 years of age.
