M Pro Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter to join a well established plant hire and civils company based in Reading

The Role:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy plant machinery

• Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults

• Completing job sheets and service reports accurately

• Attending breakdowns on site when required

• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter

• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills

• Knowledge of plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers, loaders, and rollers

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Whats on Offer:

• Competitive pay, depending on experience 45k to 55k per annum

• Full-time, permanent opportunity

• Overtime available
