A respected, family-run business is looking for an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance, repairs and fault-finding across a portfolio of luxury residential, mixed-use and commercial buildings throughout London.

This role would suit someone technically strong, steady under pressure, and genuinely proud of the standard of their work — someone who can walk into a plant room, diagnose an issue efficiently, and build trust with clients through good communication and professionalism.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven background working in HVAC or Air Conditioning maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Technical confidence with a diligent and detail-focused mindset
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment; clear communicator
• Resilient, reliable, takes initiative and ownership of work
• Full, clean driving licence preferred — van provided
