About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and reliable Female Healthcare Assistant to support individuals in the Telford area. This role is community-based, providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes to help them maintain independence.
The Gender Requirement Please Note: Due to the nature of the personal care required (including assistance with bathing, dressing, and intimate hygiene), there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for the post holder to be female. This is in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 , to respect the privacy and decency of our clients.
Key Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Driving: You must hold a valid UK Drivers License .
Transport: You must have access to your own car for commuting between client locations.
Experience: Previous experience in a care setting is essential, as full training is provided.

Sponsorship Information Our client is a Licensed Sponsor . We welcome applications only those already in the UK who require a Health and Care Worker Visa .
Candidates must meet the UKVI English Language requirements (Level B1).
Sponsorship is subject to a successful interview and relevant background checks (DBS/Overseas Police Checks).
