As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of their clients Care at Home service. You will assist other staff members in delivering care that upholds their high standards of service towards service users, their relatives, and the wider community. Key Responsibilities : Deliver individualised care and support to service users in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for service users and staff. Monitor service users' health conditions and report any changes to the senior in charge. Assist in personal hygiene, grooming, and other daily activities, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
