Implement and uphold the companys health & safety policies to reduce incidents, promote wellbeing, and minimise risk.

Remain up to date with all statutory regulations and industry guidance impacting site operations.

Conduct regular, recorded health & safety inspections, reporting back to senior leadership and site teams.

Track and ensure timely close-out of actions raised during audits or inspections.

Lead or support accident investigations, producing accurate reports and action plans.

Confirm that all operatives and subcontractors receive comprehensive site-specific inductions.
