With a commitment to high standards and best practice, the business is now seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead its Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategy.

This is a pivotal role where you will act as the organisation's appointed Health & Safety professional, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation and industry standards while driving a positive, proactive safety culture across the business. The role is both office and field based and will involve travel for site visits, audits, and training delivery.

What's involved for the Health & Safety Manager…

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Health & Safety Management System in line with legal, regulatory, and best-practice requirements. Lead inspection, audit, and assurance programmes to monitor and enhance HSE performance. Measure, analyse, and report on HSE performance, benchmarking against industry standards.
