We are working with a leading Tier 1 fit out contractor based in London who are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-end commercial fit out projects across London.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all health & safety aspects across multiple fit out projects
Ensure full compliance with current HSE legislation and company policies
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Provide guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors
Deliver toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actionsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager within the fit out or construction sector
Previous experience working with a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and organisational skillsWhat's on Offer:
