This is a key leadership role responsible for embedding a proactive safety culture, driving accountability, reducing risk, and supporting safe, efficient operational performance. Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environmental Leadership Develop and implement the site HSE strategy.
Drive continuous improvement in HSE systems, standards, and processes.
Foster a positive safety culture, increasing engagement and ownership across the workforce.
Lead investigations into all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring robust root cause analysis.
