Role Responsibilities
As a Health & Safety Manager, you will take ownership of the company's Health & Safety strategy, ensuring compliance, driving best practice and fostering a strong safety culture across all operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with legislation Providing expert guidance and support to senior leadership and operational teams Delivering training and ensuring effective use of risk assessments across all sites Working with the Learning Management System to ensure Health & Safety training is accurate, up-to-date and effectively managed Overseeing the rollout and management of the company'...
