Job Title: Health & Safety Manager Location : UK-based, Remote working, 3-4 days per week (with travel to sites across the UK and possibly internationally) Salary : £50,000 - £60,000 (FTE) We're seeking an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead the Groups Health & Safety function across all UK-based entities. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering a cohesive H&S strategy that goes beyond compliance promoting a strong, proactive safety culture throughout the organisation.
Youll work closely with senior leadership and local teams to provide expert guidance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement. With a focus on employee wellbeing and operational resilience, youll have the scope and support to make a lasting impact across a dynamic and varied business landscape.
