Job Description
We at randstadare seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our team on a major rail infrastructure project. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across all site activities, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties* Provide expert advice on health, safety, and environmental compliance across civils, highways, infrastructure, rail and track works.* Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.?* Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.* Promote a positive safety culture and deliver toolbox talks and training sessions.* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to HSE standards.Person Specification* Sentinel Card (mandatory for rail/track access).* Proven experience in rail or track projects within a construction environment.* Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.* NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification desirable.
