HSE Officer - What will you do:

• Provide advice and expertise on HSE to SLT and c-suite level across the business.
• Monitor and track legislative changes, conducting annual reviews of HSE policies and procedures.
• Develop the HSE culture across the business.
• Mentor employees in the business from a HSE perspective.
• Produce concise, accurate reports for incidents, carrying out accident and incident investigations when incidents arise.

HSE Officer- What will you need:

• A technical and professional qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
• Previous experience in a similar HSE role with board level responsibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading incident investigations, determining root cause, and implementing and recommending preventative measures.
• Energy/Utilities experience would be desirable.
