To oversee adherence to the STAR Health & Safety Policy by internal and external stakeholders To keep health and safety documentation updated, in light of current and emerging legislative and regulatory requirements which impact upon the management of health and safety, as directed by the Management Team To promote a positive Health & Safety culture within STAR and actively communicate H&S processes and provide support throughout the organisation Work in partnership with external stakeholders to communicate H&S policies, procedures and risk assessments, providing an audit trail of compliance to current legal and best practice standards. To ensure all H&S reporting across STAR Housing's governance structures and management teams are accurate, timely and supportive in allowing effective strategic oversight and operational management of H&S To support Contractor Management to ensure that the quality and consistency of support provided meets STAR's requirements and that STAR Housing gets value for money.
