The Role: We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team. This site-based role involves overseeing health and safety compliance across multiple projects, auditing site activities, and reviewing method statements and risk assessments. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with H&S regulations. Review and advise on method statements, risk assessments, and safe systems of work. Support site teams in implementing best practices and continuous improvement. Investigate incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommendations.
