My client is looking for a Health & Safety Business Partner to join their team and make a real impact on workplace safety. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Health & Safety across their Logistics and Retail operations. You'll play a pivotal role in embedding strategic pillars, driving performance from good to great, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

• Champion the Health & Safety strategy across multiple sites.
• Monitor compliance and provide guidance on legislative changes.
• Analyse data and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Support projects, site reviews, and training initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining their RoSPA Gold Award status.

• CertIOSH membership (CMIOSH desirable).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to collaborate, manage time effectively, and travel occasionally.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
