Robert Half is working with a growing organisation to recruit a Health, Safety and Environment Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business at the heart of operations, where you’ll play a leading role in shaping and delivering a best-in-class HSE strategy across a major distribution centre and head office site.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all HSE activity across key sites, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal policies Lead risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and ongoing improvement initiatives Drive a proactive safety culture through clear communication, training, and leadership engagement Maintain and improve HSE processes in line with ISO standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Manage health surveillance, wellbeing programmes, and environmental monitoring Act as the key contact for regulatory bodies and ensure effective response to legal or environmental changes Deliver internal training and coaching to build a positive and compliant HSE culture Monitor and report on HSE performance data, setting clear objectives for continuous improvement
