Monitor and report key safety and environmental performance indicators. Lead regular site safety reviews and coordinate cross-functional HSE discussions. Participate in insurance and incident claim processes, providing necessary documentation and input. Regularly evaluate and update workplace safety procedures and environmental protocols. Contribute to HSE-related projects and initiatives that improve operational performance. Investigate incidents or near misses, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up actions. Act as the point of contact for external bodies including health professionals, insurers, and compliance authorities. Deliver health and safety training and support colleagues with awareness campaigns. Work closely with all departments to embed a proactive approach to risk management and safety best practices.
