Right now, we are growing our superstar team and looking for kind, reliable, and empathetic people to join us as Care Assistants and Support Workers

What you’ll be doing

* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support)

* Supporting daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication prompts

* Providing companionship, emotional support, and helping clients stay connected with family and community

* Promoting independence and enabling clients to engage in meaningful activities and hobbies

* Following individual care plans to deliver person-centred support

What we’re looking for:

* A genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact

* Compassionate, patient, and respectful nature

* Reliability, good communication skills, and a positive attitude

* Ability to commute reliably within North London (e.g., areas such as Islington, Barnet, Finchley,Edgware, Enfield, Camden, Hackney, and nearby postcodes)

Essential:

* Full UK right to work (No Sponsorship/Skilled Workers) - WE ARE NOT TAKING ON ANYONE WITH VISA RESTRICTIONS

* Previous care experience – Must have at Least 6 Months Experience within the UK
