About the Role As a Domiciliary Health Care Assistant, you will be visiting clients in their homes to provide high-quality, person-centred care. Your duties may include:
Personal care and hygiene
Medication support
Meal preparation and hydration
Light household tasks
Companionship and emotional support
Supporting independence and wellbeing
