We are currently looking for Full-Time Complex Care Support Workers to support adult service users with personality disorders and high levels of challenging behaviour in the Cambridge area . This is a 2:1 24/7 package , which includes day and night shifts , and requires individuals who are resilient, experienced, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment. Due to the nature of the role and the behaviours presented, this position is ideal for individuals with a background in mental health and those with experience supporting ex-offenders . The applicant must have the following qualifications and experience: Minimum 6 months recent experience in a healthcare or support role within the UK
Experience working in complex care , mental health , challenging behaviours.
Strong experience managing physical and verbal aggression , and implementing de-escalation techniques
