Health & Safety Officer
Slough | £50,000 - £60,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Pension

This is an opportunity to join a tier 1 main contractor delivering major data centre projects, where Health & Safety is taken seriously at every level - from the boots on the ground to senior management.

As a Health & Safety Officer, You’ll be joining an experienced, supportive team with a strong track record in largescale engineering and construction projects. The company genuinely looks after its people, offering longterm regional work, clear progression into management, and the chance to make a real impact onsite safety culture.

What you’ll be doing:
• Leading safety initiatives onsite, driving best practices and continual improvement.
• Carrying out inspections, risk assessments, and safety inductions.
• Investigating incidents and ensuring timely corrective actions.

What we’re looking for:
• Degree qualified in Health & Safety (or equivalent).
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or engineering.
• Data centre experience is beneficial.
• Juniors / Trainees maybe considered

Salary & Benefits:
• £50,000 - £60,000 base salary (DOE)
