Health & Safety Officer Food Sector Location: Dungannon(and occasionally other sites well keep the sat nav guessing!) Salary: £40,000 £45,000 Are you passionate about keeping people safe, love a good checklist, and have a sixth sense for spotting hazards? Were on the hunt for a Health & Safety Officer whos not just ticking boxes but actively helping us create a culture where safety comes first (and accidents come last). Youll play a key role in making sure our food production sites run like a well-oiled (but very safe) machine. Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Be our go-to H&S guru offering advice, guidance, and the occasional gentle nudge. Lead inspections, risk assessments, audits, and investigations with Sherlock-level attention to detail. Keep us compliant, up-to-date, and ahead of the curve with H&S legislation. Deliver training sessions that dont send people to sleep. Write reports and action plans that actually get actioned. Help shape and roll out policies that make a real difference. Wed Love You to Have: NEBOSH General Certificate (a must!) and a relevant degree? Even better. 35 years experience in a similar role (bonus points for food industry know-how). A full driving licence and a flexible, can-do attitude. The ability to work on your own steam and bring positive vibes to the team.
