Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant environments? St Luke’s Hospice is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to lead and support our commitment to safety for patients, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
What you’ll do:

Develop and review health & safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct and advise on risk assessments and audits across clinical and non-clinical areas.
* Deliver engaging Health and Safety training.
* Investigate incidents and liaise with regulatory bodies.
* Foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
*
IOSH Diploma 1 or equivalent
* Experience in health & safety advisory roles, ideally in healthcare or hospice settings.
* Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
* Skilled in training delivery and risk assessment.
