Health and Safety Officer Salary circa £35k 4 day working week (compressed hours) If you are an experienced health and safety professional looking for a new role then this could be ideal for you! Day-to-day of the role: Conduct regular COSHH assessments and risk assessments with Team Leaders to identify hazards and recommend mitigation measures. Develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Engage employees and management in proactive safety initiatives to foster a strong safety culture. Stay updated with changes in health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
