Role Overview As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Health & Safety Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting a culture of safety across all areas of the business. This role is responsible for ensuring full legal compliance with current legislation and best practice, while proactively planning for future regulatory changes. You will lead on all aspects of health and safety, embedding a proactive and collaborative approach that protects our people, our clients, and our reputation.
