Known for our commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Health & Safety Manager. The Role As Health & Safety Manager, you will take ownership of all health, safety, and compliance matters across multiple fit-out projects. You will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting project teams in delivering work safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve health & safety policies and procedures Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation and industry best practices Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Provide guidance and support to project managers, site managers, and subcontractors Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reporting systems Liaise with clients, external auditors, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within construction or fit-out Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation (including CDM Regulations) NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (Diploma preferred) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
