This role is critical in supporting our General Manager in fostering a strong culture of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. You will be a key driver in implementing HSE best practices to help the organisation remain compliant, efficient, and sustainable in its manufacturing operations.

Health & Safety

Promote develop a Safety Culture across Ellesmere port site Establish and maintain a robust safety culture across manufacturing units. Conduct regular safety training sessions for all employees to promote safe work practices. Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Oversee incident investigations and identify preventive measures.
