Health & Safety Manager – Commercial Fit-Outs & Interior Construction


About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance across commercial fit-out and interior construction projects. This hands-on role involves travelling between multiple sites, ensuring teams operate safely while delivering high-quality interior environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety policies across all projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and toolbox talks.
  • Ensure compliance with UK H&S legislation and industry best practices.
  • Support project teams in safe work planning and incident investigation.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular H&S reports for management.
  • Travel between sites to oversee health and safety standards in real time.


Requirements:

  • Proven H&S experience in commercial fit-out or interior construction.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to influence site teams.
