Delivering facilities management to our existing and future instructions. The FM is responsible for the provision of hard & soft facilities management, statutory Health & Safety compliance and environmental compliance to our occupiers and visitors.Safety and Facilities Management department is crucial to the effective delivery of Property Management and is involved in managing a national portfolio of residential schemes. Delivering excellent customer service and ensure exacting standards of presentation and maintenance is delivered on each property they look after. Overseeing the safety, compliance, and operation of the property, developing positive occupier relationships; working with Management Surveyors to deliver high-quality property management for the benefit of Savills clients and occupiers.Key skills required include:IOSH & or NEBOSHHard and Soft facilities experienceBuild to Rent / Property facilities managementAbility to liaise across multiple stakeholdersUndertake risk assessmentsMaintain compliance KPIsEnsure highest quality maintenance, cleaning and redecorations are undertaken by maintenance teamManaging diary for site visitsAble to commute across the region from Bath to BrightonFull spec availableJBRP1_UKTJ
