Health and Safety Co-ordinator

6-month Temporary contract

As HSE Co-ordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our HSE Advisors by ensuring compliance with legislation and codes of practice, maintaining key systems and data reporting, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing site.

Support the deployment of HSE policies and procedures Monitor, evaluate, and improve HSE practices on-site Administer HSE training programmes and support new starter inductions Contribute to HSE audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations Compile and report monthly HSE statistics and KPIs Maintain HSE software systems (ODISEO, ENHESA, SYPOL) Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, People, Finance) and external stakeholders on HSE matters Assist in environmental reporting and improvement projectsAbout you

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities A real passion for Health, Safety & Environmental practices NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with UK HSE legislation Exposure to Continuous Improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong communicator with excellent organisation skills...
