The company is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all of its sites and is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to support and strengthen its safety culture across the business. Based at the companys Lichfield office, this role offers a varied working environment with a mix of office and site-based responsibilities. What we need from you as a Health & Safety Coordinator: Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within a construction or similar environment At least 3 years experience producing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) is preferred Strong understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and compliance Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload Confident communicator, able to work with employees at all levels Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach Good IT skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A good head for heights and ...
