This role is critical in ensuring legal compliance and embedding a culture of safety, particularly within our technical operations. The ideal candidate will also bring a working understanding of HR processes to support wider business functions. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving safety systems, policies, and procedures across our sitesincluding manufacturing, office-based teams, and field-based service and installation staff.
