About the Role RenEnergy is seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Compliance Officer to support and enhance our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) function. This role will work closely the HSEQ Manager and with the wider operations team, where required, step in to lead compliance processes to ensure best practice across our UK projects. As our business continues to grow across the renewable energy sector, including solar, battery storage, and infrastructure. We are looking for a dedicated professional to uphold and advance our safety and compliance commitments. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning daily operations with UK legislation, ISO standards, and internal HSEQ expectations. Key Responsibilities Support or lead the implementation, review, and enforcement of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Compliance policies in accordance with UK law and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
Conduct site-based and office audits, inspections, and risk assessments, particularly in solar installations, construction, and battery storage environments.
Monitor project activity and ensure ongoing H&S compliance across all teams, escalating concerns as necessary.
