The Role As a Health & Safety Advisor , youll be at the heart of site operationsproviding hands-on, practical SHE support across multiple projects. This is a predominantly site-based role (approx. 85%), working closely with operational teams to ensure safe delivery from planning through to completion. What Youll Be Doing Delivering expert SHE advice in line with UK legislation and best practice
Conducting site inspections, audits, and safety observations
Supporting risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work
Leading or assisting incident investigations and root cause analysis
Driving compliance with CDM Regulations and HSE requirements
