Looking for a regional H&S role where you can manage your own diary, work closely with operational teams, and make a visible impact across multiple sites?We're working exclusively with a well-established Utilities and Infrastructure organisation to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor. This role covers a defined patch across Bristol, Bath, Weston-super-Mare and Frome, operating on a home start basis with travel across live operational sites.You'll be part of a structured HSEQ function that works closely with operations, focused on practical support and continuous improvement rather than a compliance-only approach.Key responsibilities: Provide day-to-day H&S support to operational teams and contractorsCarry out site audits, inspections and risk identificationSupport behavioural safety and drive improvements on siteInvestigate incidents and ensure effective follow-up actionsSupport the development and communication of HS&E proceduresBuild strong working relationships across sites and teams Why consider this role: Regional role with full autonomy to manage your own diary and workloadHome start contract – travel from home to site, no fixed office baseStructured HSEQ team that supports operations, not polices themVaried environment across utilities, civils and street worksClear investment in training, development and long-term progression Package: Salary circa £52,000Company car or car allowanceBonus up to 10%Enhanced pension contribution25 days holiday plus bank holidaysHybrid working What we're looking for: NEBOSH General or Construction (or equivalent)Experience within utilities, civils, highways or constructionConfident working across multiple sites and engaging with operational teamsIf you're looking for a role where you can take ownership of a regional patch and influence safety on site, this is worth a conversationJBRP1_UKTJ
