Health & Safety Compliance Advisor

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent (Office-based with some site travel - expenses paid)

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience (plus company benefits)

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

My client, a small but growing and well-established construction / environmental services business based in Sittingbourne, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to support their operations across the Local and London area. Key Responsibilities:

Advise managers and staff on all health, safety, and welfare matters to ensure compliance with legal and company standards Conduct health & safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
