Health & Safety Advisor – Construction (Main Contractor)

We’re seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a busy Main Contractor delivering projects across Kent and the South East.

Role Responsibilities
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance across a live project in Kent
* Conduct site audits and inspections
* Manage documentation including RAMS
* Report directly to the Health & Safety Manager
* Work closely with project teams to resolve issues
* Update and improve safety policies in line with legislation
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in construction
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate and valid CSCS card
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ambitious and keen to progress into management
