Our recent merger brings together shared values and ambition, helping us make an even bigger difference in the communities we serve.We are now looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Health and Safety Advisor to join our team and help us maintain a safe, healthy and legally compliant working environment across the organisation.About the roleAs our Health and Safety Advisor, youll play a crucial role in supporting colleagues, managers and leaders to understand their responsibilities and embed safe working practices. Youll provide expert advice, carry out risk assessments, lead investigations, deliver training and support continuous improvement across all areas of health and safety.This is a hands-on, varied and highly influential role where youll work across multiple sites, teams and disciplines.
