Do you have a strong commitment to upholding high standards in construction procedures while placing emphasis on the welfare of the team and the environment? Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to become a part of their team, taking on the role of HSE Advisor for the scope and contractors,- Develop, execute, and sustain the Integrated Management System (IMS) for the company.- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements concerning QHSE protocols.- Perform risk assessments, audits, and inspections to pinpoint potential hazards and areas necessitating enhancement.- Offer leadership, direction, and training to staff regarding quality, health, safety, and environmental concerns.- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, formulating corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks.- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors concerning quality, health, safety, and environmental matters.- Continuously monitor and assess performance indicators to propel ongoing improvement endeavours.What is needed for the role:- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (Essential).- Knowledge of the industry, with a strong understanding of health and safety and environmental management systems.
