This School is opening its doors in late 2026 and we're looking for an exceptional Headteacher to help lead and develop this exciting new provision. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something truly transformative.
This school will be a nurturing, inclusive and ambitious hub for children and young people aged 5–19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Communication and Interaction. With a capacity of 120 students across 3 sites, our vision is to create a safe, enriching and aspirational environment where every learner can thrive.
The role:
As Headteacher, you'll initially work with our central teams and senior leaders to shape our new school, putting your stamp on the school's ethos, culture and strategic direction from the ground up.
You will be instrumental in the recruitment and building of your entire team and the design and implementation of a brand-new curriculum in line with the trusts values.
