Requirements: Proven experience in a senior leadership role. A strong understanding of SEMH needs and/or alternative provision. A track record of improving outcomes for pupils. The ability to lead, inspire, and develop staff teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A clear vision for school improvement and high standards. Resilience, adaptability, and a child-centred approach. Experience managing budgets, school operations and resources efficiently.
