Headteacher The Role:

The Trust is looking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Headteacher to lead a growing primary school. This is a pivotal moment in the schools development, presenting an opportunity to build on existing strengths and further enhance performance. The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall leadership, strategic vision, and operational management of the school, working in partnership with the Trust to achieve outstanding outcomes for pupils, staff, and the local community.

Headteacher Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver strong, purpose-driven leadership aligned with the schools values

- Raise standards in teaching, learning, and pupil attainment

- Motivate, support, and develop staff to ensure high-quality education

- Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing

- Collaborate with Trust leadership and partner schools to promote shared learning and best practice

Headteacher You:

- Demonstrated success in a Headteacher or senior leadership position (e.g. Deputy Head)

- Evidence of improving educational standards and pupil outcomes

- In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, and xbpsjku school improvement strategies

- Experience in leading teams and managing staff performance effectively

- A clear commitment to inclusive education and meaningful community engagement
