An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Head Teacher to lead a well?established specialist school for children and young people aged 1019 with ASC/ADHD.

With a capacity of 64 students, the school provides a calm, nurturing and structured environment where every learner is supported to grow in confidence, independence and achievement.

Following the planned retirement of the current Principal, we are seeking a visionary, compassionate and strategic leader to guide the school into its next phase of development.

About the Role As Head Teacher, you will provide clear leadership, direction and ambition across the school.

You will be responsible for the overall operational, educational and financial performance of the provision, ensuring that high standards, safeguarding and a culture of excellence are consistently maintained.

You will inspire your team, champion the needs of your students and drive continuous improvement, ensuring that every young person receives the highest quality education and support.
