Strategic Leadership

Drive the strategic development and long-term direction of the provision as

Head Teacher .

Shape and embed a powerful culture aligned with shared values and aspirations.

Lead the development of an ambitious curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.

Inspire staff through clear vision, high expectations and visible leadership expected of a

Head Teacher .

Operational Excellence

Take responsibility for day-to-day leadership and ensure the smooth running of the provision as

Head Teacher .

Secure outstanding teaching, targeted intervention and exceptional learning experiences.

Raise attainment and progress particularly in English, Maths and personal development.

Oversee high-quality self-evaluation and deliver effective improvement planning.

People & Culture

Lead, develop and empower staff, deploying people and resources effectively as

Head Teacher .

Build a culture where students and staff feel safe, respected and able to flourish.

Promote equal opportunities and champion inclusion at every level.

Safeguarding & Governance

Ensure safeguarding is rigorous, proactive and deeply embedded across the provision as

Report to governance structures in line with the annual cycle.
