Head Receptionist - restaurant

Manicomio Chelsea is seeking an experienced and dedicated Full Time Head Receptionist to join our team at our flagship site in Chelsea in Sloane Square.
This is a Full Time Role, covering Monday to Friday and occasionally weekends on a rota
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven previous experience in a similar role within high-quality establishments in UK
Confidence in a high-volume operation
Warm and welcoming personality First impressions matter; friendliness is essential
Strong multitasking ability Handling bookings, walk-ins, and phone calls at once
Awareness of restaurant operations Understanding seating capacity, timing, and flow
Previous experience with Events would be an advantage
Confident and command with restaurant reservation systems SevenRooms and OpenTable ( we use both system regularly)
Strong administrative and office skills, with proficiency in standard computer applications
Impecable presentation and Excellent communication skills
a strong sense of teamwork
An excellent command of English and the confidence to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
